How does the subscription box work?
Submit your sizes and chose from 1 look or 3 looks and they ship out on the 1st of every month.
What if I don't like an item in my box?
Not a fan of every piece you receive? No problem! You only keep the items you love. Simply send unworn items with original tags back to us within 14 days, and we charge you for what you keep.
How do I cancel my subscription box?
Subscriptions last for three months at a time and will automatically end at that time, unless you renew.
Returns
Return Policy (online only)
Items may be returned or exchanged in original condition (unworn, all tags still attached) within 14 days of delivery. The full amount will be returned to your credit card, less the shipping cost. To start a return, email: returns@jadeallenboutique.com. *This policy only applies to online orders.

SALE Merchandise
All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please read through product descriptions carefully to ensure your satisfaction with color and sizing.

How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, we offer in-store pickup at both our Capitola and Aptos locations. Certain products will specify where they can be picked up when you're choosing your shipping/pickup method at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship through UPS & USPS and maintain fair, calculated rates. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our store. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
